RETURN POLICY

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving for exchange or store credit only.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for Exchange or Store Credit. No Exceptions.
  •  Items must be returned in original packaging- with Vuelo tags, cleaning cloth, case and Box.
  • If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to missing cleaning cloth, case and Box.
  • Customer is responsible to insure package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return.
  • Vuelo eyewear is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for.
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.
  • Free Shipping on Exchanges for orders over $250.00 applies to the return shipping. You must cover all shipping back to us.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

SHIPPING

  • All orders with any Pre Order item(s) will be held and shipped together on the date listed for Pre Order arrival.
  • If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please leave a note or email help@vueloeyewear.com
  • Any orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST, will be shipped on the next business day.
  • We do not ship to any Hotels, Vacation homes, or temporary addresses.
  • UPS and DHL does not deliver to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping.
  • You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
  • Vuelo Eyewear is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please see links for tracking information.
  • Once an order is placed, your shipping address may not be changed.
  • If a package is undeliverable, customer will be held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges.
  • If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
  • Vuelo Eyewear is not responsible for any customs or duties due on International shipments. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.

ORDERS

  • Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order.
  • We do not ship to Hotels or Vacation homes.
  • Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order.
  • You may send an order back for an exchange or store credit only. No Refunds.
  • We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon-Fri on all Australian non-holidays.
  • We do not offer any price adjustments once an order is shipped.

TERMS OF USE

  • Items may be returned within 31 days of receiving for exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items and Coupon Sale Items may not be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Items should be returned new, unused, and with Vuelo Eyewear tags, cleaning clothes, case and box. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
